The main approaches in our research are strategy and venturing, operations and service management, and entrepreneurial leadership.
We focus on central issues in strategy, venturing, and their intersection. Our research on strategy includes strategy process research focusing on intra-firm processes, decision-making, cognition, and emotions that influence strategy processes and their outcomes.

The application period for bachelor's programmes in English is 3–17 January 2024 for studies starting in autumn 2024.
We combine classical industrial engineering, which emphasizes understanding and developing operational processes and complex systems, with a focus on strategic and entrepreneurial leadership.
