Video: A new treatment for multidrug-resistant bacteria
A new type of drug could undercut antibiotic resistance, according to research from Aalto University. Instead of targeting the bacteria directly, the drug blocks key toxins involved in the infection process. This both reduces inflammation and makes the bacteria more vulnerable to antibiotics
