I am a seasoned electrochemical engineer with over 15 years of experience in lithium-based batteries, encompassing both primary and secondary (rechargeable) systems.   My expertise spans electrode optimization—including CNT-based formulations—development and scale-up of electrode manufacturing processes from lab to prototype and pilot production, selection, testing, and validation of manufacturing equipment, as well as quality control systems and process improvements to boost productivity and yield.   While I have worked with a range of cathode materials, my primary focus and deepest expertise lie in Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP). Throughout my career, I have successfully developed and scaled multiple LFP-based electrode formulations, including both water-based and NMP-based processes, delivering robust, high-performance solutions for next-generation battery applications.
