My research examines the politics of business–society relations and their complex implications for contemporary organizations and stakeholders. As a sociologically oriented organizational communication scholar, my work is situated at the intersection of organizational discourse and critical management and organization studies. While my main focus is on issues of gender, diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility, I also explore a broader range of social and organizational phenomena to deepen our understanding of the evolving relationships between business, government, and society, and their effects.
