Registration fee enables access to all the academic sessions, coffee breaks and two lunches, reception & banquet.

The deadline of registration and payment for early bird and virtual oral presentation will be postponed for two weeks till 29th May 2024.

Cancellation Policy and Rates
Cancellation received by 1st July 2024: full refund except for a handling fee EUR 50.
No refund will be paid for cancellations made after 1st July 2024. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded.
All cancellations should be made in writing to [email protected]. Please include "Registration cancellation" in the email title to ensure replying in time!
