I am doing my doctoral research titled "Redesigning Corporate Culture - Remote work as a long-term transition of workplaces towards sustainable corporate culture" about remote work and the impact remote work has on future workplaces. The research aims to establish a holistic understanding of the remote work phenomenon and focuses on the workplace as a context for change towards sustainable corporate culture.
