Better Business — Better Society -seminaari: Leading transformations – Beyond change management

The Better Business – Better Society seminar series offers our collaborators, supporters and alumni opportunities to learn about and discuss current societally important topics. Usually the seminars will be organized monthly (except during the holiday periods) on the first Thursday of the month, but due to Independence Day, the December's seminar will be held exceptionally on Tuesday.

The main speaker of this third seminar of the series is Group Managing Director and Associate Dean of Aalto University Executive Education, and our School’s Professor of Practice Pekka Mattila, who will lead the discussion on “Leading transformations – Beyond change management”. In addition to his keynote, Pekka Mattila will interview Yacine Samb, Product Marketing Manager at Google and Eija Hakakari, Chief HR Officer at Yle on the topic. The seminar will be held in English.
