After the course student knows

- how to solve partial differential equations using separation of variables and Fourier techniques 
- the physical interpretations of the equations
- the equations in the spherical and cylindrical coordinates
- the role of the fundamental solutions
- the maximum and comparison principles
- the variational forms of the equations.

It is not possible to register before the registration period has started or after it has ended.

The number of participants is limited to 5.

This course is organized by the Aalto University School of Science.
