If you are interested in completing language and communication studies at Aalto University, please see the course offering and apply for the studies primarily through Aalto University Open University. The Language Centre may grant non-degree study rights if there is room in the teaching groups. 

How to apply for a non-degree study right: complete the non-degree study right application form, which can be downloaded from the bottom of this page, and send the application to kielikeskus@aalto.fi. 

Non-degree studies are free of charge for Aalto University staff. 

Please note: non-degree study rights are not generally granted for Finnish language courses, as the courses are very popular and reserved for Aalto University's degree and exchange students as well as Open University students.
