UniSport is a sports service provider owned by the University of Helsinki, Aalto University, Hanken and Uni of the Arts Helsinki. We promote wellbeing by creating a positive atmosphere for physical activity and by enabling people to exercise.
Training card is the most popular choice with our customers. It gives you access to all our locations and includes great variety of sports; gym, group training classes and different ball sport sessions.

By subscribing to our Wellbeing Tips, you will receive every couple of months, for example, ideas for a more energetic everyday life, up-to-date information on services for staff and work community services. We also provide useful information for managers.

There’s nothing like a little shortness of breath to wake you up! Stair Days from 4 to 10 November 2024.
Our university will participate in the national Stair Days (Porraspäivät) held on 4–10 November 2024. While the core message of the Stair Days is emphasising the importance of simple everyday exercise, you can also use the stairs to get a quality workout. You also have until 10.11. to take part in UniSport’s stair challenge!Make break exercise a habit and affect by responding to a survey by 31.10.!
UniSport offers diverse break exercise services that make it easy to add exercise to everyday life. Use the ready-made exercise calendar to make breaks part of your day – with the calendar, it is easy to create a routine that suits you.
