Basic stand

Basic stand, €2 990 + VAT 

Size: 4m2, width 2 m - depth 2 m - height approx. 2.5 m

  • One back wall branded according to the material you supply
  • Bar table
  • Lighting for the stand
  • Electricity, 3-place socket (power current must be arranged separately)
  • Fair carpet
  • Info board marked with your target groups
  • 2 food vouchers (content will be detailed closer to the fair)

Double stand

Double stand, 4 895 € + ALV

Size: 8m2, width 4 m – depth 2 m – height approx 2,5 m

  • One back wall branded according to the material you supply

  • Lightwall branded according to the material you supply (half of the back wall)
  • Illuminated counter
  • Electricity, 3-place socket (power current must be arranged separately)
  • Fair carpet
  • Info board with your select target groups
  • 6 food vouchers (content will be detailed closer to the fair)

Mini stand, 990 € + ALV

Size: 3m2, no walls

  • Bar table
  • Lighting for the stand
  • Electricity, 3-place socket (no power current possible)
  • Fair carpet
  • Info board with your select target groups
  • 1 food voucher (content will be detailed closer to the fair)

General information about the stands

This year, Talent Expo 2024 will be organized in Dipoli (Otaniemi campus). Please note that due to logistical issues, we are only selling branded fair stands except for the mini stands. Access to the second floor of Dipoli has a staircase. For most of the stands, you can only bring material/accessories that you will be able to transfer via the staircase in the morning of the event. 

Please note that your stand includes only the furniture mentioned in the list. You may rent furniture directly through our fair builder: https://wsexpogroup.fi/aalto-talent-2024/
