Summer School on the Theme of “Embodied Water” with an Artistic Approach was held 19.8.-30.8. at Otaniemi campus. This summer course explored the Digital Frontier in the immersive landscape and aimed to harness the power of art and technology to address water-related societal challenges. Focused on interdisciplinary collaboration, the program explored water issues through the lenses of Data Visualisation, Game Design, Film, and AR-VR Mixed-Reality, all integrated with AI.

Summer School Exhibition is open for public in Beta Space Gallery 5.9.-3.10. All group projects presented in Beta are part of ARTS Student Show.

Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture is hosting its second summer school in August

The mission is to look sustainable ways to use forests both in their natural form and as industrial resource and create living environments built in wood and in balance with surrounding nature.

Aalto ARTS Summer School 'Living With Woods' started with discussion about forest management and wood construction

Summer School looks into the use of forests and wood and construction in balance with nature. The summer school was opened 25 May with a symposium that gathered students and teaching staff from Aalto and the international partner schools on campus and remotely.
