Venue 

The AFPM 2019 will take place in Aalto University in Espoo Finland. More precisely the location for the conference is Dipoli, the main building of Aalto University.

Otakaari 24, 01250 Espoo

The venue is located at Aalto University campus that can be reached by metro from Helsinki city center (10-15min).

Getting to Espoo Finland

Helsinki Airport has connections with various European major airports. From the airport you can get to Helsinki city center with both train and bus. More information can be found on the airport's website. You can reach the conference venue at Aalto University campus by metro from Helsinki city center (10-15min). 

Accomodation

We advice you to stay in a hotel in Helsinki city centre as you can reach the campus by metro. Because June is high season for travelling and conferences we advice you to book your accomodation well in time before the conference. 

In Helsinki there are multiple hotels available to choose from. Below a few examples that are near a metro station for easy access to Aalto University Otaniemi campus.

There is also one hotel (Radisson Blu Hotel Espoo) at Aalto University campus for those who want to be close to the venue. At Radisson Blu Hotel Espoo, we have prebooked some rooms (155€ single, 175€ double) for the conference. Rooms from this quota can booked by mentioning the code AFPM 2019 when booking by phone and e-mail or if booking online at www.radissonblu.com/en by using the code AFPM. Half of the prebooked quota will be removed 17 April 2019 and the quota is no longer available 7 May 2019.

Finally, only one metro stop from the Campus is Tapiola (Original Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden).
