In this project, the role of ETLA will focus on the impact of existing and emerging Internet platform on the market structures, relative positions of the various stakeholders, their strategic options, and the implications to the operations of industry and the related institutions. In the work, ETLA will interact closely with its long-term partner, the Berkeley Roundtable of International Economy (BRIE) of University of California at Berkeley, led by prof. John Zysman.
