Welcome to co-create the Accounting's own career event!
This is an event solely for Accounting! The aim is to showcase the career opportunities, organisations, job tasks after graduation and possibilities during studies at the field of Accounting. Let’s create connections and inspire students to aim for a career with Accounting!
The event is organised in cooperation with Aalto University School of Business Department of Accounting and Career Services. The timing is chosen to fit the study schedule and we will invite all Accounting students and the first year students, who are still wondering which major to choose. The event is open to all Aalto University students who are interested in Accounting career.
Our aim is to bring all relevant employers in Accounting to the event! If you are interested about the event, but have not received an invitation to the event, please send us an email to: [email protected]. Registration for companies is open until November 9, 2021.
There is a limited number of places available, max 20 organisations.
Information and instructions for employers
Date and time: 30.11.2021 at 15-17.
Venue: Aalto University Undergraduate Center, Lobby of the U-wing
Organisations are welcome alreayd at 1 PM to build their stands.
More detailed arrival instructions will be sent to the participants via email closer to the event.
The price for employers is 400 € / organisation (+ VAT 24%).
The price helps cover the costs of organising the event.
The price includes a place in the lobby, one high table, electricity and coffee.
There is a limited number of places available, max 20 organisations.
Each participating organisation will be reserved a space at the lobby. The space fits max 100 cm width roll-up (or similar marketing stand), one high table and 1-2 organisation representatives. Each stand has electricity.
The organisations are expected to bring with them:
- a roll-up (or other similar marketing stand), width max 100cm
- other marketing materials to be distributed
- 1-2 organisation representatives
The event is organised only if the COVID situation and current restrictions allow. We are monitoring the situation closely and are prepared to postpone or cancel the event if needed. We will follow the Aalto University’s and Regional State Administrative Agency’s guidelines.
If we have to postpone the event, all participants are reserved automatically a space at the event with a new date, but they can also cancel their registration free of charge.
If we have to cancel the event, all payments will be returned in full and invoices will be canceled.
The registration can be canceled free of charge until November 9, 2021. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
In case the organisers cancel the event, all payments will be refunded and invoices canceled.
