This seminar will bring premier business and public leaders together to discuss whether and how diversity and inclusion make better business and a better society.
Rebecca Piekkari, Marcus Wallenberg Professor of International Business at Aalto University School of Business, will lead the discussion on ‘Do diversity and inclusion make better business and a better society?’. There will be a panel discussion on the topic, with Nina Arkilahti (Head of Business Banking, Nordea), Melissa Arni-Hardén (Senior Planning Officer, City of Espoo), Sari Baldauf (Chair of the Board, Nokia), Jussi Herlin (Vice Chairman of the Board, KONE Corporation), and Sami Itani (Professor of Practice, Aalto University School of Business and President, Finnish Athletics Federation).
