Stay ahead of the curve and attend to a coaching group with other programme directors. Coaching skills are useful especially in situations when your main way of influencing is based on negotiation and smooth relationships in the realm of complexities.
Participants bring in the topics for the reflective dialogue. Examples of themes:
- Your circle of power as a Programme Director
- Communication and use of coaching skills
- Building community, trust and belonginess
- Managing conflict
- Handling difficult feelings
- Team dynamics and Multi-team membership
- Systems and politics
- Hybrid and remote working world
- Managing multitasking
In three meetings you will have an opportunity to share and reflect your development path as a programme director. With the support of the coaching group you will have an opportunity to sharpen essential tools like asking powerful questions and facilitating dialogues.
There is a possibility of continuing with the group year 2025 according to the needs and options available.

The coach: psychologist Merita Petäjä with the experience of more than 1000 coaching hours and training of executive coaching in corporate context.
