We are excited to announce our Thought Leader’s Talk with Elina Siira, a social entrepreneur and the founder of a social mission company AIDA impact.

AIDA impact combines design, online retail and social mission in order to make a social change. In three years AIDA has grown into a company that has provided a gateway to working life for about 20 women, most of which are immigrant and refugee women from various backgrounds.

Prior to establishing her own business, Siira has been working in and between the business sector and NGOs, in management consulting, fundraising and B-to-B sales. She holds an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration.

During her talk, Siira will share her journey as an entrepreneur, both the challenges and the success factors, and tips for aspiring entrepreneurs.
