The Harald Herlin Learning Centre (Otaniementie 9) is the main service point of the Aalto University Learning Centre.
The main entrance is easily accessible. There is a disabled parking space within 10 metres distance. The route to the entrance is marked, well lighted, adequately wide and on level ground. You can also stop right next to the main entrance to drop off a disabled visitor.
The entrance is easy to find. The glass entrance doors have contrast markings. Adequate space for movement in a wheelchair, for example, is available outside the door. The door opens automatically by push button.
There is wheelchair access throughout the customer service facilities. All lifts have voice announcements and controls at a height suitable for wheelchair users. There is a disabled toilet near the main lobby customer service desk and on the 1st floor.
Customer service points are equipped with audio induction loops.
Two of the seminar rooms (Juho 126 and Vilho 233a) also have loops. These spaces are marked with the T symbol.
There are bus stops as well as a metro station immediately next to the Learning Centre. Distance to all of these is 100-150 m.
