Digital Organization and Leading the Transformation

This program addresses leadership and organizational perspectives of digitalization, including how to use data-based insights in leading people, how to collaborate in digital ecosystems across organizational boundaries, and how to lead people in digital transformation. Digital Organization and Leading the Transformation is a two-day module in the Graduate Diploma in Digital Strategy and Leadership program and can also be taken as a stand-alone program.
