Representing the free-form concrete construction of its time, Urdsgjallar was completed in 1966 as a student union building for the Teknologföreningen (TF) based on drawings by Kurt Moberg.

About the building
Urdsgjallar is an exceptional building, because there are no 90 degree corners inside the building. The student restaurant Täffä is famous for its Wednesday spaghetti bolognese.
Members of Swedish speaking students’ society at Aalto University TF have 24/7 access to the building.
