About the minor
The minor in People Management offers a deep understanding of people management practices, and challenges in contemporary organizations. The minor provides graduates with skills to approach people management issues strategically taking into consideration national and international context of operations. The courses within the minor further offer an understanding of core human resource management practices such as recruitment, selection, development, performance management and retention.
