Academy of Finland granted EUR 20 million to Aalto in the September call

The Academy of Finland has granted Aalto University a total of EUR 20 million in funding for research projects, postdoctoral researchers and research fellows in May and June.

In the field of natural sciences and engineering, Aalto received almost 30% of all research projects and 36% of all research fellows funded.

The Academy of Finland’s Research Council for Natural Sciences and Engineering has granted 48 million euros in funding for 110 research projects in the field of natural sciences and engineering that will primarily run for four years. Aalto University received EUR 13 million in funding for 29 projects, which is almost 30% of all funding granted.
