Break excercise at Otakaari 1, held for the last time on 1.12. - New location on January!

Break excercise, held at Otakaari 1, M-wing, on Thursdays at 13.15-13.30 is held for the last time on Thursday 1 December 2016.

This energizing 15 minute "care free shoulders" -break excercise continues on 12 January 2017 onwards at the Harald Herlin Learning centre, (Otaniementie 9), (2nd floor foyer).
