Doctoral Q&A continues in new place until summer

Doctoral education services offers support and guidance for all doctoral students in the form of weekly Doctoral Q&A sessions, where students can ask questions, get guidance or have a friendly chat. From 20.4.2023 the Doctoral Q&A sessions will be held in the Starting Point for Wellbeing.

Starting from 20.4.2023, the Doctoral Q&A will be held at a new place, the Starting Point of Wellbeing, Y199c. Only the place will change, the time, the content and the organisers remain the same. Until 13.4.2023 you'll find us at the room Y115. Both rooms are located in the Undergraduate Centre, Otakaari 1.

Doctoral Q&A takes place on Thursday mornings at 9:15-10:00. We will be open also during the week before and after Easter holiday.

The service was started in January 2023. Since then many doctoral students have found answers to their questions by stopping by. Answering are alternating staff members from Doctoral education services.

Typical issues have been getting help with Sisu or Doctoral personal study plan DPSP in MyStudies, how to change supervising professor or thesis advisor and how to proceed in your studies in case of longer breaks or other difficulties.
