Enrolment of doctoral students for the 2026-2027 academic year
All students who are studying towards a degree at Aalto University, including doctoral students, must make a separate annual enrolment for each of their valid rights to study. You must enrol annually as either attending or non-attending student. Enrolment for the academic year is done in Oili-service. If you do not enrol for the academic year for a given right to study, you will lose that right to study.
Note that also students who are in the pre-examination or defense phase must enrol, if they are not able to officially graduate by 31 July 2026 (see official graduation dates). If you do not enrol for the academic year for a given right to study, you will lose that right to study.
The data of doctoral students enroling as attending students will also be transferred to the Aalto Current Research Information System (ACRIS).
If you cannot enrol using OILI-service, please contact the Student services to take care of your enrolment (studentservices@aalto.fi).
