Aalto University Campus & Real Estate (ACRE) has opened a new online service of rental the meeting and event facilities located on Aalto University's Otaniemi campus. Whether you need a meeting room for a team meeting or space for a workshop, the new online service will help you to find a suitable space from different options.

Wide range of spaces for different purposes

The new online service, spacecatalog.aalto.fi offers a diverse range of facilities for different meeting and event needs. Smaller meeting rooms are ideal for example team meetings or one-on-one meetings, while larger rooms are perfect for trainings, workshops and other group events. The range of spaces also includes spacious lecture halls and facilities for larger events. In addition to different space options, the online service presents other important information about the spaces, such as the technical equipment of the rooms and the availability of services on hand.

The purpose of the new online service is to provide easy and most pleasant user experience possible for those who need a meeting or event space.

'We wanted to make the spaces of the Otaniemi campus more accessible to everyone. You can explore the spaces online in your own and book a space suitable for your needs. Otaniemi has a wide range of rental spaces of different sizes, so everyone is sure to find a suitable option, ' says Antti Säynäjoki, Development Manager at Aalto University Campus & Real Estate, he adds: "The user interface of the service has been designed to be as clear as possible so that reserving space is easy and fast.".

Mobile and flexible professionals who need conveniently accessible meeting rooms will benefit of the new and easy online service.
