In the fourth episode of the season, Riikka Evans interviews senior university lecturer Kyösti Ruuttunen about academic guidance. Academic supervision is at best a joint journey that supports self-reflection. The aim of the guidance – and academic advising as a part of the guidance system – is to support the student in their study path.
