Curriculum 2020–2022
The structure of the programme
In the Master’s Programme in Manufacturing, both study track Zero Defect Manufacture for Circular Economy (ZD) and study track Additive Manufacturing for Full Flexibility (AM), students study for one year at each partner university, completing a minimum of 60 credits (ECTS) in one academic year.
The total scope of studies is 120 ECTS.
Additive Manufacturing for Full Flexibility (AM)
For intake 2021 Aalto is involved in these combinations:
First year Aalto – Second year UCD
First year Aalto – Second year TU Wien
Master’s Programme in Manufacturing study track Additive Manufacturing for Full Flexibility (AM) is a combination of studying manufacturing science including physics of equipment and processes, data analysis, including the methodology to use gained process data in the context of process quality, and process management including the flexibility enabled for smaller lot production. During the programme students will gain new skills in these areas.
Make sure that you reach a total of 60 ECTS for the whole entry year (major and minor studies combined).
