Aalto Exhibition Contacts
Aalto University is a community of bold thinkers where science and art meet technology and business. Exhibition spaces showcase the innovative and creative research of Aalto’s six schools. These include, but are not limited to pedagogical exhibition activities such as course outcomes, student organised projects, conference exhibitions and educational events.
Exhibitions at Aalto are co-produced by the students and faculty across the Aalto community but there are also dedicated staff and services to support these activities.
Equipment and technical support can be sourced through Aalto Takeout and Aalto Studios as needed. Reservations for course exhibitions can be made using the Asio booking system.
Curators work together at the University-Wide Level to develop and deliver exhibitions, outreach, partnerships, commissions and collections on campus and at partner locations to share Aalto’s activities and achievements with the wider public nationally and internationally.

Studios Takeout offers support for exhibitions at Aalto. This includes lending equipment and helping to choose suitable ones but also by offering some help in exhibition building.
Aalto Studios weaves together the players of the creative economy: designers, filmmakers, YouTubers, game developers, performing artists, educators, angel investors, public-sector operators, and more in Finland, Scandinavia, Europe, and beyond.
At the School of Arts, Design and Architecture, hands-on learning is essential. Our students have access to one of the finest workshop environment in the world, with a very high workshop to student ratio.
With multiple spaces across the Otaniemi campus and partnership projects each year, there are always dynamic exhibitions activities taking place at Aalto. Whether you are organising, researching or visiting exhibitions, this hub provides the key information, news and resources you will need.
