Order a transcript of records

Electronically verified transcript of records

You can download a transcript of records yourself by logging into Sisu with your Aalto University credentials. Please see detailed instructions about Sisu's basic functions.

If you are unable to download the transcript yourself, please see the instructions below:

1. You can share your study records using My Studyinfo service. My Studyinfo is a service maintained by the Finnish National Agency for Education. The service enables sharing your study records in Finnish and Swedish.

2. You can order an electronically verified transcript of records from [email protected]. We will answer your email within three business days. The transcript will be sent to you by email and it is available in Finnish, Swedish or English.

When ordering a transcript, please state the following in your email:

• Your full name
• Date of birth or student number
• The language of the transcript

Paper copy of a transcript of records

You can order a paper copy of your transcript of records from [email protected]. We will answer your email within three business days.

You can either collect the transcript from Starting Point Service Desk or ask for a delivery by post. The transcript is available in Finnish, Swedish or English. 

When ordering a transcript, please state the following in your email:

• Your full name
• Date of birth or student number
• Your postal address 
• Language of the transcript
• Amount of copies needed
