Aalto University's Integration of Talent Boost Initiatives

Talent Boost is a cross-administrative initiative with the primary goal of attracting and retaining international talent, as well as facilitating immigration processes. Its core objectives in 2021-2024 encompass enhancing Finland's global visibility and appeal to international talent while harnessing the expertise of international specialists already residing in Finland. This expertise is harnessed to support the growth, internationalisation, and innovation endeavors of Finnish companies.

At Aalto University, we actively integrate Talent Boost-supported initiatives into our operations in line with the Ministry of Education and Culture's strategy for internationalising higher education. These Talent Boost activities are the result of collaborative efforts involving Learning Services, The Language Centre, the Aalto Advancement and Corporate Collaboration (ADCO) unit, as well as our Aalto Schools and partner universities.
