At Aalto University, students face various applications related to the progress of their studies and graduation. Some of these are annual tasks or tasks that each student face at some stage of studies, while some can only come up in special situations.

As a joint degree student, please always primarily follow the instructions of the responsible person(s) of your programme. Special features in joint degree programmes can be related to, for example:

• academic year enrolment at Aalto University when you study at a partner university
• credit transfer process between partner universities (often does not require measures from the student, but is a process between the university administration)
• graduation request not only from Aalto University, but also from another or other partner universities
