How to find Aalto's publication data

ACRIS data can be viewed and used in the following ways, among others:

Research portal

In the Research.aalto.fi portal, research outputs can be filtered, for example, by publication type, openness, language, year of publication, organisations and partners. You can use the Research units search to browse the publications of a particular research unit. With the Export search results function, you can generate an Excel file from the search results.

PowerBI Publication List

A report produced by the Management Information Services unit can be used to produce listings of publications of a school, research group or institution. The list includes basic information about the publication, authors, publication channels (journal, publisher), Jufo categories and openness.

PowerBI Report Finder

Aalto.fi's tools section includes a PowerBI report search, containing reports produced by the Management Information Services unit. Most of the reports are open to all Aalto users. Reports utilizing ACRIS data are available on topics such as publications, Open Access publications, Jufo (Publication Forum) score, cross-school publications, and artistic outputs.

Producing your own publication list from ACRIS in PDF or Word format according to the Ministry of Education and Culture's publication categories

If you need a list of you publications in PDF or Word format, do the following:

• Log in to ACRIS at https://acris.aalto.fi
• Click on Research outputs on your profile page
• Add filters if needed (e.g. Period)
• Sort the result by the Ministry of Education and Culture's publication type
• At the bottom of the page, find Download list, and select the format in which you want to print the list of publications (e.g. PDF with Harvard citation style)
