Should we rethink our current use of materials in an environment with specific rules and needs?

Since most of the hospital equipment needs are one-use only, nonwoven are the perfect material to be explored in this contect. Shaping Scents is a room divider following the natural gesture of people using it, spreading good aromas in the whole room, changing moods and behaviors of those who live in that space.

The process was based on mixing and matching different component in order to achieve colors and perfumes into the fabric, experimenting with the finishing as well. Several dry processes have been applied, discovering different results based on the technique used.

The final aim was to achieve new and interesting features, in order to change the paradigm and find a new purpose and new life for this fabric.
