EDUCase Platform organizes a workshop for network HEIs

This event is an in-person workshop for all interested staff from the member HEIs, including academic faculty and network coordinators.  

Workshop programme: 

09.45 – 10.00: Coffee/ Tea 

10.00 – 12.30: Facilitated workshop on experiences and visions for the future, and formation of working groups 

12.30 – 13.30: Lunch on campus (at own cost) 

13.30 – 15.00: Informal networking 

This workshop will focus on experiences related to intercultural teamwork facilitation, joint academic programmes with partner countries and cooperation with innovation hubs. The main objective of the event is to deepen the engagement between participating organisations, share information about ongoing activities and form working groups around themes of mutual interest. 

The workshop participation is in-person, however, online attendance to follow short presentations is possible at the beginning of the session. The presentations will be recorded, and information on the results of the workshop will be shared in the EDUCase Platform Teams folder. A separate online meeting will be scheduled after the event to discuss coordination matters and the way forward for the working groups, ensuring all members can take part in the planning. 

Request for an update from each HEI before the event: 

In order to base the discussions on up-to-date news from all (whether or not the HEI is attending this workshop session), we kindly request each HEI to send a short presentation on results and activities at the HEI that are aligned with EDUCase aims, and reflections for the network to consider. 

For this purpose, a short PowerPoint template is attached to the invitation. It includes a list of guiding questions to which we would like to receive information from each organisation. The presentation is free-form, and you are welcome to include other materials.  

Please send one update per organisation latest by 24 March, and upload the presentations directly to the network’s Teams folder. The material will be visible for all member HEIs (General – Events – Network Workshop 31.3.2023 – Updates by HEIs).
