Aalto University, Tampere University and the University of the Arts Helsinki, with the support of the Academy of Finland, have founded a new digital MAGICS infrastructure for human virtualisation and remote presence. During 2021, we concentrated on acquiring new equipment and setting up our services for artists and researchers. In this first MAGICS annual review, we highlight prominent examples of work-in-progress using i.e. the environmental scanner and volumetric capture.

The language of the event is English.
