Materials and Energy Platforms present a Networking Series to support you to learn about and practice networking skills, like: 

  • Making connections with people who do work that is relevant to you; 
  • Improving your ability to communicate what you have to offer (and what the other person needs from you) to a general audience and/or researchers in complementary subjects; 
  • In the long run, making connections with other researchers that results in productive collaborations, joint publications, and/or applications for funding. 

The series consists of five workshops and will be held on Tuesdays from 10–12 at Design Factory. In addition, participants will attend a networking event to put their new skills into practice.
