The theme of Aalto Alumni Weekend is Shaping Sustainable Future. At Aalto University, we are committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which include reducing food waste. There are over 1000 registrations now! If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration via the link on the confirmation email.
Participation is free of charge.
This event will be photographed for Aalto University communications and marketing purposes. If you wish not to be in the photos, please inform the photographer during the event.
Aalto Alumni Weekend takes place at the Undergraduate Centre (Otakaari 1, M door) at the Otaniemi campus. Please note that the main door is closed.
A guarded cloakroom is available at the Undergraduate Centre until 5.30 pm.
We recommend using public transport, e.g., new light rail line 15 or metro (exit A Otaniementie). Detailed instructions can be found from the Journey Planner.
Parking spaces on campus are limited, but If you arrive by car, you can check the parking areas in the campus map.
All parking places are available on Saturday for free.
The wheelchair accessible entrance to the Undergraduate Centre can be found at the T door of Otakaari 1. After the T door, turn right and go through the corridor, and you will get to the U wing lobby, where the event is. The T door can be found on the map of the building (page 2). You can get to the T door by car from the rear of Rakentajaunaukio parking space. Accessible parking is found in the campus map.
There is no dress code in the event. You can for example dress in the business casual style.
Lunch is in stages at 11:30-14 and at your own expense.
Lunch restaurants and cafes open:
There will be coffee and tea served in the lobby during the event, and non-alcoholic sparkling before the common session at 3:30 pm.

Aalto Alumni Weekend is for all alumni from Aalto University, Aalto University Executive Education and their predecessors. Also students, personnel an other interested people are welcome.
The alumni community of Aalto University is over 100 000 former students and we reach about 40 000. The alumni community offers opportunities for lifelong learning, networking and shaping sustainable future.
