The 2022 Wood Studio course challenged students to develop creative solutions for the design of a reusable wooden building.
What would happen in, for example, 10-20 years if this solution/idea would become “the new normal”?
- Less environmental impact produced by the built environment
- Fewer new building components needed if buildings were designed for disassembly
- Fewer new buildings if every building would be designed to be adapted for different uses
