The Finnish National Agency for Education (Opetushallitus) and the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Finland organise an annual Spring Forum (Kv-kevätpäivät) for international affairs. The Spring Forum sheds light on current activities and information on international educational cooperation between higher education institutions. The theme of the Spring Forum 2023 is Internationality in Transition. The theme of the conference will reflect the new Vision for Promoting the Internationalisation of Higher Education and Research 2035.
