I work as a Doctoral Candidate in Organization & Management in the School of Business, mostly in the field of Organizational Behavior. Doctoral candidate in Organization and Management. I study employees’ experiences of advancing societal causes in their work. Ideological psychological contract, meaningful work, emotions in organizations and identity work as key theoretical frameworks. My research is qualitative and seeks to understand how and why people self-sacrifice in their work .
