Azzam Al-nahari
Azzam Al-nahari received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and communications engineering from the University of Technology, Iraq, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical communications from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Menoufia University, Egypt, in 2008 and 2011, respectively. Since 2011, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Ibb University, Yemen, and became an Associate Professor, in 2017. In 2012, he held a postdoctoral position with the Department of Electrical and Information Technology, Lund University, Sweden. He also held a postdoctoral position with University at Buffalo, Buffalo, NY, USA, in 2014. Since July 2019, he has been a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Information and Communications Engineering, Aalto University, Espoo, Finland. His current research interests include backscatter communications, massive MIMO systems, physical layer security, cognitive radio networks, and signal processing for wireless communications.
