James Jerry Spivey

Jerry Spivey is James Shivers Professor at Louisiana State University(LSU). His education include BS and MS at NC State and PhD at LSU. His research has focused on hydrocarbon conversion, syngas catalysis, and clean fuels. He served as Director of the Dept. of Energy’s Center for Atomic-level Catalyst Design. He is the author of more than 200 publications and editor of more than 30 books. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Catalysis Today (Elseivier) and Editor of the Catalysis SPR book series (Royal Society of Chemistry, Cambridge UK).
