Cui Yi

Yi Cui got his bachelor degree in 2005, in applied chemistry in Dalian University of Technology,

PhD degree in 2011 in Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, CAS(Chinese Academy of Sciences), with supervisor of Prof. Xinhe Bao.

During the postdoc career from 2011 to 2015 in Fritz Haber Institute in Berlin, Germany, Yi Cui got support from Alexander Humboldt Foundation and Max-Planck Society respectively.

In 2015, he started to work in SINANO (Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, CAS) as a full professor.

He has more than 100 scientific publications on model catalysis and surface science research direction. He has fruitful experiences on material preparation and characterization methods by UHV methods. Currently, he is the vice director of the department of Nano-X (Vacuum Interconnected Nanotech Workstation) in Suzhou, which is a state-of-art platform for surface science research and future device development.
