Build your Employer Brand at the School of Business
The School of Business offers various services for the different student marketing needs and connecting with students live at the campus or virtually. You can reach the School of Business students in JobTeaser, Instagram, email or through your own event with our services.
The School of Business students are very targeted audience at the recruitment market and you should start building your employer brand already at the beginning of their studies. Regular visibility in different channels usually guarantees best results. Building your Employer visibility among School of Business students is easy with us!
The marketing services are concentrated on recruitment marketing visibility in JobTeaser, direct marketing messages to a selected group of students or social media visibility. In addition to the marketing services, you can arrange your own event at the campus or virtually through JobTeaser. We only offer marketing services to companies with career and/or recruitment related needs.

In addition to the Employer visibility services, you can connect with our students at the recruitment fairs: Summer Job Day in January and Aalto Talent Expo in October/November. Also, you can post job ads in JobTeaser free of charge.
Student marketing services

Service includes:
- 1 Marketing message including a link to your job ad in Aalto JobTeaser
- Price includes message for all School of Business students
- Possibility to choose also smaller audience, same price
- Possibility to add more Schools with extra cost (+500 / School)
- Own text, no limitations, possibility to add links
- One main image and logo
- Price includes message for all School of Business students
- Reposting your job ad once during the application period
- You can choose the timing
- The ad will be lifted again to the top of the job ad listing and to students' Job Alert emails

Service includes:
- Direct email to student group (max 500) targeted by the study program, starting year and/or completed credits. Enables very good reach for your most important target group.
- Career Services professional assist with targeting
- One email message can include unlimited text, links and one picture
- The email cannot include attachments.

This service is best suited for marketing a student event or summer job/internship campaign.
Service includes:
- One post in BIZ Career Services Instagram account
- either a feed post and liftup in stories or alternatively a post in feed and separate pictures for story, max 3 pictures long

Meet the students
Come and meet the students on campus or virtually at your own event!

Service includes:
- Max 3-hour event in agreed location on campus
- Timing and location is dependent on the academic calendar
- Reservations min 4 weeks prior to the desired timing
- Possibility to match the timing with the classroom reservations to ensure relevant connections with the right students
- Event management: booking, table, guideposts, career service person present at beginning and end of event

- The information in JobTeaser must be published min 2 weeks before the event
- School of Business Career Services monthly newsletter, BIZ CareerMail
- The newsletter BIZ CareerMail is sent to all School of Business students and the opening rate is 50,8 (year 2022-2023 average)
- CareerMail marketing is dependent on the CareerMail timing and other content and thus may not applicable to all events
- BIZ Career Services Instagram account (see more information below)
