Aalto Talent Expo 2022

Aalto Talent Expo-fair was held in Otahalli on 10.11.2022. Alongside the live event, there was virtual event offerings for students. The live fair attracted approximately 4500 students in the business, art and technology fields to meet with 128 exhibitors from diverse fields.

Employers specifically interested in

Color coding as a tool for connecting employers and students

Different colored stickers also helped employers identify the school of the students visiting their stand. Tailored fair signs helped students find employers who were looking to hire students from the different Aalto schools. Additionally, employers could indicate if they were able to hire non-finnish speaking students or offer thesis assignments.
