Personal Impact for University Educators

An individual who is able to regulate stress, recognize their own values and ways of thinking, and take these into action, can support educational wellbeing, ie. their own and that of the students. Personal Impact for University educators aims to support this.

Personal Impact brings together credited courses taught at Aalto, for example on self-management, values, relevance and well-being. The courses provide an opportunity to reflect on one’s own values, beliefs, and goals, either in internal dialogue or in conversations with others. Some of the courses are available for university educators and can be credited in pedagogical course entity as optional courses.

Courses offer teachers a possibility to reflect the topic from their own perspective and connect it to their teaching.

Offering of the coming academic year available on the bottom of the page.
