Welcome to the sixth Aalto strategy alumni circle after-work event on the topic of Strategic performance management. Join us if you are interested in the latest thinking on identifying, achieving and rewarding performance, including management systems, such as whether the balanced scorecard is still relevant and what OKRs are all about, and how to motivate employees. Hear and discuss about latest insights and best practices from academics and practitioners: Teemu Malmi, professor of accounting at Aalto University, Kiisa Hulkko-Nyman, Business Director, Compensation and Reward Services at Mandatum, and Henri Sora, strategy execution consultant and author.

Kiisa Hulkko-Nyman is Business Director, Compensation and Reward Services at Mandatum, which is rated as the Nr 1 firm in best places to work in Finland and among top 20 in Europe. She holds a PhD from Aalto University, Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, and a MSC in psychology from Tampere University.

Teemu Malmi is a Jaakko Honko professor of management accounting at Aalto University. He has over 20 years of experience from research, consulting and executive education on performance management and management control systems, such as the balanced scorecard and OKRs.

Henri Sora is a strategy execution consultant and author. He has co-authored the leading Finnish book about Objectives and Key Results. He is also an alumnus from Aalto University (executive MBA). 

This is a great opportunity to hear about the latest insights and learn about best practices as well as share experiences with your colleagues. The event is free of charge and open for all Aalto alumni who are interested in the topic of strategy.
