Welcome to participate in the Mobile learning - pedagogy of taking breaks training organized by the Active University project.
Pedagogical choices can increase alertness and concentration, limit and reduce the health hazards of sitting. This training provides information on the benefits of physical activity and brakes, as well as easy-to-implement practical advice on how you can support learning by adding movement to your teaching.
This training consists of one webinar and one workshop, one webinar is conducted in English.
